Day 32 to priestcliffe long day

Stanshope to Priestcliffe via Arbor Low. About 19miles. Started at 9.30am and finished at 19.00. Cooking on gas again - beautiful walk following river Dove to Hartington - quite dramatic and beautiful. Then walked along Tissington Trail and cut across to Arbor Low, a Neolithic stone circle possibly 5,000 years old. Then on to Limestone Way to Monyash - lovely easy to navigate trail. Then continued on to Priestcliffe via Taddington. Checked into Highfield - £40. Long day due to detour and hot one at that! xx
