Day 5 of End to End journey!

Fraddon to Bodmin, about 13 miles. Started at 9.40am and arrived at 15.15pm, going through Indian Queens,Belowda, Lamorick. Spent about 40mins on dual carriageway! which was a bit harrowing. Last night my knees were terribly sore which disrupted my sleep. Found lovely hotel, which was fortunate as it first one I came across, i was really struggling with the last 3 miles or so kept stopping placing rucksack down every few feet, sitting down walking, sitting down walking.!!! checked into Hotel Casi Casa £40.50 bed and breakfast. xx
