Day 1 - Lands End to Penzance 30/6/07

My big adventure began today. I have no doubt that I will finish. i just don't know how it will be or how it will go, which makes it very exciting 2 and half to three months amazing journey. les and Sarah have joined for this first day of my epic journey. We left Lands End at 9am,and arrived at Penzance at 3pm. Very wet, we all got soaked -Sarah mostly as she could not find her waterproof trousers! we stuck to the road- Walked inland to Mousehole via Merry Maidens (stone circle). then came across a quirky pub at Lamorna. walked the coastal walk from Mousehole to Penzance.12 miles in total today. Then back to Sarah's house for a relaxing evening. x
